Claims
Claim must be performed only at the Authorized Dealership / Appointed Panel Workshops. No repairs may be undertaken without prior approval by Insurer.
Waiting Period
No cooling period. Claim be effective right after original/manufacturer warranty expired.
Service Requirement
Service every 5,000km/3 months (semi-synthetic) OR 10,000km/6 months (fully synthetic), or follow manufacturer's recommended schedule. Full service record required.
Service Allowance
Additional allowance of 1,000km and/or 30 days time frame for schedule maintenance. Exceeding this may void the policy.
Requirement
No inspection needed. Provide full service record from Manufacturer/Authorized Dealership. No skip of service or void of warranty by manufacturer.
Documents Required
Full service record, Service Breach Calculator Form, Owner IC, Vehicle Ownership Certificate (VOC), Vehicle Photos (front, rear, meter, chassis).
Other Conditions
Policy is transferable but not refundable or exchangeable. No NCD (no claim discount). No refund value for cancellation during period of cover.

Parts Replacement
All warranty claims are approved based on repairing faulty parts or replacing faulty parts with used/ reconditioned / OEM components.

Inspection needed at authorised dealership / panel workshop / authorised third party inspection team. T&C apply.

Owner IC, Vehicle Ownership Certificate (VOC), Vehicle Photo (front, rear, meter, chassis).
Other Conditions
Policy is transferable but not refundable or exchangeable. Warranty is voided if vehicle is modified beyond manufacturer's original specifications, or if the odometer is tampered.
Excluded Models
Not covered for EV/BEV models and any brand/model not listed in the price list.
